    Absolutely terrible. When we first arrived we noticed it was not busy and there were a lot of open seats. We were first seated within a large child's birthday party. When we asked to move, we were then moved onto the dance floor, literally on it, with small bar chairs and a small table, clearly for drinks but not meant for a three course meal. Keep in mind during this time we were looking at all the open tables and diners sitting at regular tables. Finally as we decided enough was enough and got up to leave, we were then seated at an actual dining booth. Do yourself a favour and read the reviews, some love it and some hate it, if you are considering going here for the first time, I wish you luck. In response to the reply from the owner, IF everything was booked "days in advance," how was a magical table found only when we tried to leave ? Admit whoever was in charge of seating made a horrible mistake, instead of just trying to cover yourself with "reservations days in advance."

    I can't believe the service I received this evening from a waiter by the name of Massimo. You could tell he was turned off due to my girlfriend and I being a bit younger. He did not offer any follow up after apps, main course or anything. Gave sarcastic remarks to my girlfriend when she expressed her allergy to onion... care for customers was top notch. Being a manager in a retail corporation that prides its self on customer experience, this was by far the worst experience I've had at a restaurant... deterred my business on wanting to spend another dime and ever come back. After we finished our meal we payed, he didn't deserve the tip, but every other waiter or waitress deserved it due to them being polite and saying BYE. He took the payment and immediately proceeded to walk off without a word. I'd say there is a big issue there if he is serving your customers like this and making a fool of a great establishment. One of my favorite places to eat has become the first restaurant I choose to review due to the terrible experience.
