  Beware of this place - extremely bad experience. The so called manager "manny" - very rude. Purchased icecream cake that was in the freezer....kids didn't eat it at all. Apparently they make this 4 days in advance - stale food. I have a complain into DQ HQ - let's see.

  This location probably takes the cake for being one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to. It appears to be family owned, but a disgruntled family at that. The manager yelled at the staff member who took my order. None of the people preparing food had hair nets. And another customer received watered down slushies (not iced). My burger was over-cooked and the chicken fingers were burnt. I couldn't have gotten out of there any quicker.

  I have been to this location on many occasions, many of which trips have been quite pleasurable. I did however go for a blizzard once, and they lied to me about the machine being broken because they decided to clean it early. Very upsetting. The employees also do not flip the cups upside down, and when this was mentioned they got upset with us and didn't provide the coupon. They have never given us a reason (such as if franchised, the owner can decide not to have employees do it).

  Always great food. Love the chicken fingers and fries. Dipped cone is always good.

  I thought it was lovely. I can't believe that other person waited almost FIFTEEN MINUTES! That is completely unacceptable! I don't know what kind of horrible backwards civilization we live in where this poor unfortunate soul has to wait almost 15 minutes for ice-cream. My heart goes out to that person. I just hope they can overcome this horrible atrocity.
