  I'm a regular shopper at this location and have personally never had any major issues but what I saw today was appalling. An older eastern european man (with an accent) was asking if there was more milk in the back as the display case was empty. The merchandizer that arrived to help him spoke to him in a mocking manner saying repeatedly "use your words"..."use your words". Well apparently the old man's english was good enough to know that he was being mocked. He told the merchandizer he had no right to speak to him in that way and asked to speak to a supervisor. The merchandizer that was mocking him now proceeded to introduce himself as 'JIMMY', the manager (5'5, skinny, straggly facial hair). He said something to the effect of "if you don't like how you're treated, GET OUT. You can speak to the owner...he's here and he'll back me up." Seriously, this is exactly what i witnessed. I've never seen such bad customer service (unprovoked). It gets worse... By now, a few merchandizers have gathered and are snickering. I swear that i see one of them giving 'JIMMY' props later. What's most concerning to me is that the 'Manager' is implying that the owner is ok with staff insulting customers. Now I've shopped at this location weekly for the last few years. Quite a few of the 20ish male merchandizers act like high school bullies / thugs. This is unfortunate as the rest of the staff, while not particularly friendly, are typically professional. Here's a fun one, if you're at this place 15 min before closing time. More often than not they'll be yelling (quite literally) over the PA for customers to get their purchases to the cash ... or else. The rest of the store (3 stars): -on sale items in produce frequently sold out -lots of non-advertised store specific sale items - a plus -long lines at the cash -pretty clean

  Good prices but rude staff. One guy made it obvious that what was going on on his cell phone was a lot more important than his place of employment...Enzo was right there and paid no mind. It's okay for the basics, but if friendly, professional customer service is what you're after - do NOT go to Enzo's No Frills. The above is a polite version of what I really think.
