  Garbage....charged $1.39 for a squirt of guacamole on my steak(less) burrito...enough said...nah....complete F'ing GARBAGE!!! Learn how to run a restaurant...please CLOSE YOUR DOORS YOU RIPOFF ARTISTS!!! Your food sucks as it is!!!!

  Bad presentation. Poorly designed storefront. Looks like a money-laundering front or a place that's on the verge of bankruptcy. The menu is poorly laid out and difficult to make sense of. My first time was ok. Customer service was sub par, but I got a burrito, it was ok, that was that. My second time, I was already reluctant cuz nothing about it tells me that it's an efficient business. There was an older gentleman behind the counter serving two guys. This gentleman seemed to take obscenely long and didn't care much for efficiency. It took him forever to make one burrito, and since there were two guys in front of me I assumed he didn't start making mine yet. I got so fed up with how slow he was that I said "nevermind" and went to Teriyaki Experience next door, where the man followed me. He said he already made it and I walked out. I said there was no communication about what he was doing and he didn't even bother to ask me what I wanted on it. He just assumed that when I said "chicken burrito" that meant put everything, but he didn't ask me if I wanted mild or hot salsa. He insisted I was rude, and I said he didn't communicate what he was doing or ask me what I wanted. He said something to the effect of if he ever sees me there again I better not expect anything. He was being too optimistic with that comment. There really isn't anything worth going there for, even if the service was great.
