  Came in to get a quick lunch with coworkers. Had a meeting in almost an hour. They couldn't get our order ready in the 45 minutes we waited. Had to get a refund and leave without lunch.

  Amazing service. The lady who served my husband and my mom today was extremely kind, patient and just wonderful to order from. Even though English isn't my mom's first language she was understanding and helped my mom to navigate the menu without any prompting.

  Shocking experience! Worst than worst! Spitting in the food...what kind of sick person does this.. The old guy, I dont know if he's the owner, is revangeful and lethal! I like Hero chain a lot, however these franchisees are a shame to the brand!!!!!!

  I say this is average, I'd give it 2.5 but rounded it up because of the friendly service. With cheese and a few toppings the price really added up. Ended up paying $15! That is outrageous!
