Couldn't find anyone to slice bread, have to use the bread slicer. It crushed up bread loaf into pieces. Many customers ended up leaving all the messed up bread there like I did, many times. I complained twice, one time to a manager, a young Asian male. He was not helpful nor pleasant. Instead he asked me what kind work I do. I like to know why he asked me that question and what does that to do with my complaint. What kind of management is that for a giant grocery chain. I stopped shopping there all together since then. Discount stores have way better customer service than Loblaw, an expensive supermarket. Longo, which is in the same price range as Loblaw, has 100% better management and customer service.
