  Although this location is modernized with the TV menus and all, it lacks amenities such as the self serve touch screen order kiosks. I didn't have issues with incorrect orders like other reviewers, but my orders consistently took a long time to be fulfilled. I was the only one in line and they had plenty of workers. Otherwise, the tables and floors are clean and I haven't had a problem with the customer service in the times I've been there.

  It is very dirty and there are flies everywhere but the staff are very nice and attentive and always walk around asking if you have any trash and if you need anything. The food is not really good and its kinda out dated. But again the staff are super nice, especially the new manager (At least i think she is the manager)

  Not 24 hours, just drive through open after midnight. Staff are rude. They are speaking in their language and laughing to customers. If customer walk toward north, there is a Tim Hortons, rate is 4+ and staffs are amazing. This branch manager should find solution for poor customer service.
