  This place was filthy on the day of our visit, and staff were not responsive when we complained. On top of that, our food order was incorrect, which required another lengthy conversation with the staff. A complaint was lodged with Tim Horton's following our visit.

  I've been going to the location for about 8 years now, they make solid 8/10 ice capps. Trust me there's a difference in taste for each location. Their sandwiches are fine, their coffee/donuts are usually fresh. [Wait times] They're commonly understaffed tho, so thats why it can take longer to get ur order (Not common). Usually its the customers holding up the line not the staff, this includes drive thru or inside. [Order Mistakes] If they mess up, just be polite and tell them, they fix it 100% of the time. Just don't be a d**k about it. People make mistakes so relax, I've seen/heard customers order a coffee then complain they wanted a tea. -_- [Staff] Regarding staff, they do their job period.

  Drive Thru Oriental lady taking the order on the morning of April 27 2017. We asked for an x-large black dark roast (along with some other items), she mixed up the order and so it looked like we had two coffees (one lrg one x-lrg) on the screen, when we asked she 'what do you want three!', then when asked to make sure it was filled to the rim, she said of course .. opened the lid after and it was an 1 inch below the rim! Complete A** hole! Made sure to never go back to this pathetic place!
