I have ordered online two Zwilling J.A. Henckel's paring knives, SKU W040519, made in Spain. Instead I got two J.A. Henckel's International paring knives, SKU W018896, made in China. Who doesn't know, Henckel's International is a low end Henckel's knife line made in China. When I came to the store at Richmond Hill location with a request to replace the knives I got, to the ones I ordered, I was told by the assistance manager of the store that she cannot help me, because the SKU on the knives doesn't match the SKU on the order, so she cannot accept the return of the knives. Well, guess what - that's exactly my problem: I got items that don't match what I have actually ordered! Don't think I will order again from them.
