Wonderful service and friendly staff. They gave out Canada Day pins alongside tea and coffee to all customers - a small but very nice gesture. Great customer service.

Got served by lucky, he and the staff were very friendly. He also customizes your coffee to your exact preference. Great people and a great location to get some work done within a quite environment! Thanks Second Cup :)

Usually a good spot, however tonight we came 20 minutes before closing and were told only tea was available, as all their other equipment was already closed. That isn't right, if a coffee shop closes at 9:30, then they should be serving coffee until that time. And then staff can take their time closing the equipment. It's not like we came 2 minutes before closing time...
