- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They never seem to be prepared for crowds on holidays. Empty cashes and lines out the door. Also they are not set up to take movie passes at the machine which is very annoying since the passes have a bar code. Worst of all they don't seem to appreciate loyal customers. I just got a refund for my concessions and left without seeing a movie that i drove 20 minutes for; it was that frustrating a customer service experience that I decided to speak with my wallet and just leave.By J Peterkin, March 05, 2017
